Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 23, 2009, 8:30am-10am for my new workshop, “What in the Heck is Twitter?”

With all of the media buzzing about Twitter, more people are logging on to check it out. Inevitably, you look at a random post, “Going out to the BBQ to throw a steak on. MMM….” and wonder whether this is just another Internet fad. In this workshop you will learn how businesses are using Twitter to provide customer service, to engage customers directly, to prospect for new customers and to find partners. We will discuss techniques to become a Twitter power-user, methods for expanding your network of followers, and tools that can make your Twitter experience much more enjoyable and powerful.

The cost for this 90-minute workshop is $25 per attendee and limited to 25 participants. Advanced registration is required for attendance. (Click to RSVP on Facebook Page…) Special deal: If two people register together (different companies, please) both of you are free. Only caveat is that you both better show up! This event will be held in the training room at the Burlington County College Business Incubator.
